My 3 Non-Negotiables for Post-Workout Stretching

You don’t need a 30-minute mobility routine. Start with these 3:

1️⃣ :90 Couch Stretch — each side
Great for opening up the hip flexors and quads, especially after squatting, running, or sitting for long periods. Keep your core tight and avoid letting your lower back overextend.

2️⃣ :90 Pigeon Pose — each side
A great way to work on hip mobility and the glutes. Ease into the position and focus on relaxing into the stretch rather than forcing it.

3️⃣ :90 Foam Roll — quads
Spend 90 seconds slowly working through your quads. When you find a tight or tender area, pause and breathe instead of rushing over it.

I try to do this at a minimum every day.

It takes just a few minutes, but consistency adds up.
