Now? I coach people to rewrite their self-narrative and believe in their own power.

I lift to lead. I train to inspire.
And I show up daily to be the fittest dad at the ballpark 🏋️‍♂️⚾

But at the heart of it all—I’m here to serve.
It’s a gift my mother gave me, and I carry it into everything I do.
