Holiday Time

Holidays are HERE!

Questions to ANSWER-

  1. What is getting you up out of bed this week?
  2. Are you willing to do what others aren’t?
  3. How bad do you want what you say you want?

We need to find the right balance between what we want and what it takes to get there.

This season know that you can enjoy time with loved ones and indulge. We CAN do that because we utilize moderation through the majority of the year. Moderation is the key, yet it’s difficult to master.

Take a minute to reflect on Thanksgiving, maybe you over indulged, maybe you didn’t indulge enough… only you can determine your goals and the work put in to achieve them.

Make a plan with yourself on how you want to eat and drink through this second go around of a holiday season. My suggestion is to get a friend or family member to help with this! Hailey and myself are both pretty diligent with logging our food we consume, even if it’s sweets and treats or our holiday cooking. It allows us to recognize how much we’ve really had and maybe we shouldn’t go for a second or third helping of whatever that might be. Two people working together always helps us reach our goals! Stay strong and stick to it.
