Lack of Regulatory Oversight, In many regions, dietary supplements are not as strictly regulated as pharmaceuticals, leading to variations in quality, potency, and purity. Some supplements might even contain harmful contaminants.

Misleading Health Claims, Supplement manufacturers often make exaggerated health claims that are not supported by scientific evidence. Relying on these claims can give a false sense of security and delay proper medical treatment.

While supplements can be beneficial in specific cases, such as for individuals with certain deficiencies or medical conditions, they should not be seen as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Eating Whole Foods will generally be considered a much better option.
