Just the Tip Tuesday

Back to the routine-

We are all familiar with that feeling of dread and constant lack of motivation to do even the smallest of tasks that comes and goes in waves. Usually, it visits us after a relaxing vacation, long-term travel or even after a few unsuccessful days that lead to a long slump.

Getting back into a routine is definitely something we all struggle with. For one, it’s incredibly hard to just turn your whole attitude around and shift back into something completely polar opposite from what you’ve been doing. This is why we should still be active even during breaks from work or vacations!

Take time to re-think goals and see if your inner compass is still pointing in the right direction. Don’t quit just because you’ve had a break! This is a great chance to reset and change things that may be no longer working for you! Try something new!

Take notes and write down your goals for the year! Pursue them with passion and let’s have a great start to 2024.
