You Are What You Eat

We have all heard this before, this sound bite encapsulates the notion that our health, happiness, and well-being are inseparably interconnected with what we eat.

The choices we make in the kitchen play a role in how we feel throughout the day. No one is perfect when it comes to the food we eat every week or day. Our habits that we create through hard work will shape who we are from the inside out. Food is such a catalyst for how we act and what we are capable of doing. 

Our food is so many more than things than just fuel for our bodies. Food is culture, tradition, celebration, connection, and so much more. It can provide you with pleasure, satisfaction, and comfort and that’s a beautiful thing! 

Creating healthy habits and having a good healthy working relationship with what we eat is part of who we are.  Our choices are made by out habits and although I love ice cream and cookies I know that I shouldn’t eat them everyday! 

Everyday is a challenge but its also an opportunity to grow and be well!
