Just the Tip Tuesday

We’re all on our own journey …..

I encourage my clients to live their healthiest life but that looks different for everybody. Our circumstances and backgrounds aren’t the same and therefore our fitness journeys are bound to be unique as well.

You see when it comes to health and fitness, success isn’t black and white. We define our own success by setting goals; no matter how big or small. For some it’s completing an ultra marathon and for others it’s making it to the gym twice a week but both are achievements in their own right. As we go through different stages of life, our definition of success will undoubtedly change and they’ll be times to push towards bigger goals and times when we should pat ourselves on the back for getting off the couch and out the door.

Remember that you’re not behind or ahead, you’re right where you should be but the next step you take is the most important one!
