MONDAY after a HOLIDAY……Phew…. ????Who else is feeling a bit stressed, overwhelmed, maybe bloated and wanting another beer……? ????

Maybe just me after coming back from out of town but damn it sure feels good to be HOME.

Let’s talk tips on getting back on track

  1. Bump up the hydration. Flush your body of waste and help out your digestion. ????
  2. Exercise. Obvi get back into your typical gym routine, now…. You might go a little lighter with the weights or take it “easy” the first couple days back and that’s fine, give yourself a little grace for enjoying your holiday.
  3. Plan your meals. Even if you don’t have enough food lined up for the whole week… get 2 or 3 days worth and buy yourself some time to figure out the rest. Grab easy protein, something frozen and quick is always helpful, pre- patties are a good convenient way of achieving those macros. ***Heinens has a GREAT pre- made food selection, I’m not saying rely on that the WHOLE week… that could get expensive!
  4. Lastly, get a little extra sleep. Go to bed 15-20min earlier than you normally would.
