Maybe just me after coming back from out of town but damn it sure feels good to be HOME.
Let’s talk tips on getting back on track
- Bump up the hydration. Flush your body of waste and help out your digestion. ????
- Exercise. Obvi get back into your typical gym routine, now…. You might go a little lighter with the weights or take it “easy” the first couple days back and that’s fine, give yourself a little grace for enjoying your holiday.
- Plan your meals. Even if you don’t have enough food lined up for the whole week… get 2 or 3 days worth and buy yourself some time to figure out the rest. Grab easy protein, something frozen and quick is always helpful, pre- patties are a good convenient way of achieving those macros. ***Heinens has a GREAT pre- made food selection, I’m not saying rely on that the WHOLE week… that could get expensive!
- Lastly, get a little extra sleep. Go to bed 15-20min earlier than you normally would.
