Problems

Most people think their problems are unique—but the patterns are predictable, and so are the solutions.

Start simple. When you don’t feel right, audit the basics:
    •    How’s your sleep?
    •    How consistent is your training?
    •    Are you actually fueling your body—especially protein?

If those aren’t at least 90%, you don’t need a deeper answer—you need better execution.

Only after you’ve handled the fundamentals do you earn the right to ask bigger questions.

First question, always: Am I taking care of myself?
