Sunday Funday –

ESA Fam,

I wanted to reintroduce our big coach Chris Spealler. He is a 7 times CrossFit Games athlete and been an affiliate owner for 15 years. He hold the highest level of CrossFit L-4 trainer along with many other qualifications.

He played everything from soccer, track, lacrosse, and even a season of golf, but his true passion was wrestling. He had the chance to wrestle Division 1 at Lock Haven University and compete at Nationals be one of the top 20 ranked wrestlers in the country.

After finding CrossFit in 2006 he had the privilege to grow with the “sport” side of the community competing in the CrossFit Games 7 times as an individual and 1 time as a masters. Finishing as high as 3rd place in 2010 and earning the “Spirit of the Games” award.

Park City Fit Programming –

Every workout is clear, guided, and built for purpose. Ready for any adventure + fitness forever is our way. We’ve gone way beyond mere scaling.

We have a mix of periodization with cycles and we use CrossFit workouts as our General physical preparation known as GPP. GPP enhances overall fitness levels, laying a solid foundation for sport-specific training. It improves work capacity, recovery time, and long-term performance across various sports.

Hope this Helps!

Let’s PR our Front Squats tomorrow!
