Thanksgiving is fast approaching and pictures of Christmas trees are already showing up on social media. I love this time of year! It’s the most wonderful time of the year! It can also be the most challenging time of the year when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Make a plan to hit your macros Monday thru Wednesday. Thursday live your life to the fullest, Friday track your food for the day. Keep your regular routine for breakfast, lunch, and snacks through the week. Enjoy the night out with friends and family. Eat, drink, and be merry. Plan to get right back on track Saturday and Sunday!
