Byron has done it all, from bodybuilding to powerlifting, and even gymnastics. He’s passionate about fitness and wants to help you achieve your fitness goals. No matter what your current level, he’ll find the perfect program and create a diet plan that works for you.

Coach Terry, I have been in the gym business for nearly a decade. I have always wanted to be a coach and I have found it to be the most fulfilling career choice. After playing high school sports like many others I was looking for a team to join.
I went to college to play soccer and then become an EMT. When I was 25 I joined the Navy as a Rescue Swimmer and Door Gunner. After multiple deployments to the middle east I wanted to help again in healthcare but on the preventative side as a coach! Working long hours day in and day out I kept chasing my dreams. Finally with a stroke of luck and extreme determination I was able to buy my own gym! Been going strong since 2020!

Mel Daniels has competed in numerous events. She lives and breathes the sport and loves sharing her knowledge and passion with others. Mel believes that the critical element to success is determination and hard work, which is why she’s gotten a reputation as one of our gym’s most intense coaches.
