Just The Tip Tuesday
Effort and Consistency – 

These are some of the thoughts that come into the mind of people who wanted to start their own venture or side hustle but couldn’t continue longer. There were desperate to achieve results but you know, if you rush in desperation, you will likely make mistakes and get tired soon.

The problem with desperation mindset is that you rush to get where you’re going and you’re trying to achieve something in a short time frame. Generally with goals and achievements they take time and proper planning to avoid some pitfalls that can be learned from others mistakes. 

If you want to be the best version of yourself, putting in the effort is certainly helpful. But it’s not enough to get you across that finish line.

You need consistency.

Your consistency is what allows you to show up day in and day out,
Doing the work even when you don’t feel like it,

Pushing through the tough times and challenges,
And ultimately coming out on the other side as a better version of yourself.

We have no interest in painting a fantasy where everything is easy in the gym, because it simply isn’t true. Meal Prep is hard. It’s full of highs and lows.

You will have moments where you question everything.
You will have moments when all you want to do is give up.

It is your consistency that’s going to get you across that finish line.

Consistency is what turns effort into a habit. It’s making sure that you show up day after day, week after week, month after month and even year after year!
